Yummy chicken taco's

I tried a new recipe for Taco meat the other day and it turned out great! It made a ton of meat, great for a large crowd or freezing for later..

4-6 boneless chicken breast
1 taco seasoning packet
2 cups water.
Place in a crock pot, cooking on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Remove from crock pot and shred finely. Put back into crock pot to absorb more juices.
Serve in hard or soft taco shells, lettuce, tomato, salsa, beans, sour cream, whatever you like!



Its been a crazy last two months, and I haven't really been on the ball with menu's and planning.. I need to get with it!
